TERMS OF USE AND SAFETY RULES

1. General Conditions

Participation in VR Space experiences implies full acceptance of these rules.

Access is allowed only to persons who:

• are at least 7 years old (children under 14 only with adult consent)
• do not suffer from photosensitive epilepsy
• do not have severe heart conditions
• are not under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances

2. Safety During Experience

• Follow the VR operator’s instructions.
• Do not run or remove the headset without informing staff.
• Do not hit equipment or other participants.
• If discomfort occurs (dizziness, nausea), stop immediately and inform staff.

3. Liability

Participants are responsible for:

• intentional damage to equipment
• failure to follow instructions
• aggressive or dangerous behavior

VR Space is not responsible for:

• loss of personal belongings
• adverse reactions caused by undeclared medical conditions

4. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations are confirmed only after deposit payment (if applicable).
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is possible at least 24h in advance, subject to availability.

5. Protection of Minors

Participants under 14 require adult consent.
The organizer reserves the right to stop the experience if safety is compromised.
